Nestled between the holiday rush and hustle is a day to remind us to slow down. Join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice and our birthday! It’s been five years since we embarked on this path and it’s incredibly special to us to share the ritual of remembering with the symbolic death and rebirth of the sun. 

We've blended coffees from women producers in Colombia and Burundi to create a medium-dark roast that has sweetness and wine-like acidity but is balanced with notes of bitter orange peel for a coffee that feels festive, cozy and perfect for our winter birthday.
