We are a women-owned coffee roastery that wants to empower others from marginalized communities. Diversity and inclusion do not happen by accident or luck. Make It Delightful
It's our mission to make really delicious coffee accessible. This means exemplary customer service and a space focused on hospitality and education. We love the extra touches - cleanliness, creative syrups made right here, and attentive to our community's dietary preferences (vegan & gluten free? We got you).
Moving Thoughtfully, With Kindness
On the throughline from the origin to the customer, we use the pillar of Kindness to guide us. Is our sourcing kind to producers and to the land, or in what ways can we be kind to employees? This has led us to some key practices such as sourcing almost exclusively from women producers, paying our baristas a living wage and giving back to our local community.
