We want to make getting your coffee easy, affordable, and fast. Here’s how our shipping works:

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 (before tax and after discounts).
Your cart will automatically update at checkout—no code needed.

Flat-Rate Shipping

For orders under $70, we charge a simple $7 flat shipping rate anywhere in the continental U.S.

Processing Times

All orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the best rate and speed for your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from our roastery to your doorstep.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address. We’re happy to help fix errors before an order ships, but once a package is on its way, we’re unable to reroute it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out to us at orders@eastviewcoffee.com and we’ll make it right.
