Introducing Prairie Clover
Join us for a guided honey tasting experience at East View Coffee Company. We’re celebrating the launch of Prairie Clover honey in the café — a light, floral varietal harvested from Midwestern clover fields at peak bloom. This honey will now be featured at East View, and you’ll be among the first to taste it intentionally and understand what makes it so special.
Led by Emily Trainor, certified Italian-trained Honey Sommelier, this guided tasting explores how nectar source, season, and region shape flavor — much like wine. Guests will sample several distinct varietals side by side, learning about aroma, crystallization, and flavor.
