This medium-roasted coffee is clean, smooth with cocoa and praline flavors with an herbal aftertaste.

The initiatives include supporting educational opportunities for children, providing loans to women in and affiliated with the organization, providing cervical-cancer screenings and other health-care services, offering member education regarding pest control and fertilization, and creating and supporting systems to increase food security in the communities.
This coffee is soft in taste, with an apricot sweetness, notes of bergamot, and some background toffee sweetness. We roasted this one carefully and took it to 416 degrees before dropping it, calling it cinnamon to medium roast (or a light-medium roast).

This isn’t your typical Nicaraguan coffee, it is smooth with a citrus undertone. The roast is perfect for a day to day second cup that doesn’t knock your tastebuds off. Highly suggest for those that love a single South American Origin coffee.
