Sunrise Tiger brings together two coffees from women producers: a washed Colombian coffee and a naturally processed Brazilian coffee.
We roast them to bring out rich chocolate flavors while preserving a little sweet cherry brightness.
It's familiar, comforting, and just interesting enough to make you look forward to tomorrow morning's cup.
How we love to brew it
Sunrise Tiger is lovely as pour-over or in your everyday drip coffee maker. No fancy equipment required.
Try it black first to notice its natural sweetness, or add your favorite milk. It's your coffee, after all.

Sunrise Tiger is a medium roast. It has comforting chocolate flavors with a little sweet cherry brightness, making it an easygoing everyday coffee.
Common Coffee Questions
Which coffee is better with milk or cream?
Both work well! Dark Horse has a bolder body that stands up especially well to milk or cream. Sunrise Tiger is a little brighter and sweeter.
Do I need a special coffee maker?
Not at all. Both coffees work beautifully in an everyday drip coffee maker. Sunrise Tiger is also lovely as pour-over, while Dark Horse is a favorite for French press and espresso.
What's the difference between whole bean and ground?
Whole bean coffee lets you grind just before brewing for maximum freshness. Ground coffee is convenient if you don't have a grinder. Choose the option that works best for your routine.
How fresh is East View coffee?
We roast our coffee in small batches in Kenosha, Wisconsin. For the best experience, keep your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place and grind it shortly before brewing when possible.
