Everything we know about coffee boils down to this: you're either a Sunrise Tiger or a Dark Horse.

Well, okay, that's not completely true because we know some other stuff too, but these signature blends were created to delight a whole crowd of you.  Both coffees feature the same two coffees - a washed Colombia and a naturally processed Brazil, both from women producers. We meticulously roast them in two distinct profiles to highlight the possibilities in a medium roast and a darker roast. They've been around since the early East View days and they've lasted as constant favorites because of how smooth, approachable and shareable they are. 

This coffee, Sunrise Tiger, was created for your fiercely tiger-like top o' the morn. It's full-bodied and a medium roast, but holds on to some of the brighter sweet cherry. It's kind of our ideal breakfast blend - interesting enough to be enjoyable day after day, but super easy-drinking. We love this brewed as a pour-over or a plain ol' drip coffee maker. Rawr, you look like you're ready for anything.
