We're not bragging, ok? We're just telling the truth, and the truth is we love a seasonal menu, and we do it right.

Mhm, take it all in. The flavors, the flowers. It's singin' spring, and we're thrilled. The beautiful part about our spring menu is that it's so collaborative. Everyone has a little twist to make or ingredients to add to make the good things come together. We're excited to share some of the really cool inspirations behind some of these drinks - check it out!

Turon Brown Sugar Latte & Lychee Matcha Lemonade from Maya -

"The Turon latte is inspired by a Filipino dessert that Chris and I both grew up with, a lot of people call it a “dessert egg roll”. It’s mainly served at big parties so it’s really nostalgic; some of my favorite memories as a kid was helping my mom and aunts wrap them before a party while we all sat around the table.

Lychee is my favorite fruit and I grew up eating those a lot so I was really excited to be able to do the matcha lemonade with lychee syrup since it’s so refreshing for the springtime."

Lemon White Tea Spritzer and Chai Soda from Sable -

"The drink was inspired by my time in Sweden when I was 16. I originally wanted to do elderflower and lemon, but I ran with the idea of something similar and chose white tea (it's my favorite tea). I love the Spirit Clear Heart White Tea, it's a really delicate and floral flavor balanced with the lemon. It creates something refreshing and light with the sparkling water.  It ended up being a really fun combo. :)

The Chai Soda was an experiment for an event collaboration for Blue House Books, and it was such a fun drink we knew we wanted to include it on the spring menu. We make our own chai in house, and we have a lot of chai drinkers, but we wanted to do something unexpected with it for this event. We love the lighter, fizzy version!"

Brown Sugar and Sea Salt Cortado from Brit

We don't pick favorite customers, but one of our favorites is Brit. He always brings the joy and the ideas and the appreciation. If you know him, he's probably one of your favorites too.
He also happens to know a good thing when he tastes it. He came to us with an idea for a little cortado and dang, it hits the spot. We asked him where the inspiration came from, and he said:
"I was with a Cuban family that showed me their favorite drink. Brown sugar + Cortado + finished with sea salt. Blew my mind."

Same, Brit.

On our menu you'll also see some returning favorites! The Azure Latte with the butterfly pea flower + blueberries + lavender was a HIT last year, we're so glad it's back.
We're also thrilled to welcome back the Grapefruit Thyme Coffee Soda - every iteration of the seasonal coffee soda is just right, and this one is no different. She's a little funky but we mean that in the best way possible. Unforgettable.

So many great drinks. One question remains. Which one are you trying first?
