Coffee for a crowd: customizable recipes for a gathering

This is my ideal summer beverage scenario: friends and family come over and I've got a gallon of Cold Brew in the fridge, along with one or two simple syrups to go in it. I've got a dairy and a non-dairy milk option, a few cans of sparkling water, a little plate of fruit or herb garnishes (and maybe a stray bottle of rum??), and I just let folks create their perfect drink.
