Ease into the season with Birdsong. Named for these earlier, brighter dawns, when the daffodils are peeking up and the mornings begin again with chirps and trills, Birdsong Blend is your go-to spring coffee blend. It's soft and light as far as mouthfeel, but not a super sweet or fruity coffee. Instead, it leans toward a woody, spiced sweetness, kind of like licorice. This is a cup best enjoyed as is, savoring the flavors. 

When it comes to spring coffee blends, we want to honor the transition. Spring is that in-between, emerging season. Here in the Midwest, it might be shorts + sandals weather one day and we're sledding the next. We love this Ethiopian paired with the Costa Rica because they create something that's not overtly acidic, something that has the depth of the medium roast with the body of the light roast. Just like spring, the flavors keep you guessing. 

The Ethiopia is the fan favorite, Pocketful of Sunshine. We wanted to keep the profile sweet but not too fruity or juicy, and decided to pair it with our new Amigas Blend from Costa Rica. This was the perfect complement, as the light roast brought out the woody, spiced notes in the coffee and kept it really clean and balanced.
